Our shop is right next to our charcuterie factory in Ostra, in the province of Ancona. Here we sell the cured meats made on-site.
Fresh each day in our shop, you’ll find fresh cuts such as lean pork loin, the traditional cut of pork neck known as “capocollo”, ribs, fresh sausage (with or without preservatives), pancetta, tenderloin and deboned shoulder. If you make a booking, you can also buy porchetta to be flavoured and cooked, pork shank and various cuts of meat for salting at home.
All our meats come from livestock bred and slaughtered in Italy. Each animal is checked and certified, and thanks to our traceability system the customer knows exactly where our products have come from.
In addition to our own meats, we also sell produce grown on local farms. Choose from vegetables in oil, polenta, wine, homemade pasta, pulses and honey, and create your own hamper or gift box – it’s sure to be well-received!
